Living in Southern Arizona I’ve been on the hunt for a good sun hoodie since my daughter could walk.
I have finally found it! The REI, Walmart and Amazon brands don’t even come close to the ONE shirt. This shirt from Play Outside, is softer, more durable, and stretchy than the competition. It also regulates temperature better and is more comfortable than the others because it’s bamboo, while the others are polyester (plastic) based.
My daughter said “it feels like my pjs” - which are the little sleepies brand. She loves it!
I the shirt seems to run a little large but I just went by size and not measurements.
Now we can both match in sunhoodies and it makes my mama heart so happy.
I can’t wait to try it out as a base layer camping!

If he could wear it every day he would. My kiddo doesn't do hats, is a bit sensory sensitive, and is pretty hard on his clothes. The ONE shirt is perfect for all of his needs. Soft and silky enough to pull on by himself with no frustration. Comfy enough to wear all day and even as pjs sometimes. Light enough to later under his favorite fleece and jacket. And he loves the thumb holes. The only thing that could make this shirt better in our eyes is if it came in his favorite color, bright blue, and if this mama could get one too!
