Summer hit and I have barely thought about what to pack.

That is new. It used to take me twenty minutes and a pile of maybe items to get out the door for a trail day. Now I know exactly what I'm reaching for. It took a few seasons of trial and error to get here but the system is simple and it works.

The One-Shirt Philosophy

The most useful shift I made was finding a single shirt that handled most outdoor situations without needing to be swapped out.

The ONE Shirt is the shirt I reach for every time we are outside. The beach, the trail, the boat, the kayak, the morning walk, the afternoon at the park. It does not need sunscreen on the areas it covers. It does not hold smell after a long day. It dries fast enough that an afternoon swim does not ruin the rest of the day. And it goes from trail to lunch without looking like I just came off a trail.
